How to encourage customer to complete the whole journey instead of losing them during the process?
From the first touch of the customer to complete the transaction, there are multiple stages, and there’s a possibility to lose the customer at any of these stages.
Take e-shopping as an example:
First, the customer needs to register an account. If a customer finds it complicated to register an account, he may just give up.
Second, the customer wants to find the products he wants quickly. A good search tool and effective filters would be helpful.
Third, when customers ready to pay, the website must accept the payment method he prefers. The ease of input payment and delivery details would also affect if the transaction can complete successfully.
