11.11 marks the 10th anniversary of the Chinese Shopping Festival. Traditionally, people buy cosmetics, daily commodities, and merchandise on Tmall. This year, something more is auctioned on the platform. Read on to find out more by Red Digital Lab!

For the first time in history, real estate is available on Ali Auction on Nov 11. The news broke when a screenshot of auctioned property list went spiral, followed by Jing Dong and Su Ning announcing that they will sell property too.

According to the latest news, property prices can be as low as $230,000 for a flat in LianJiang (连江), Huangqizhen (黄岐镇). Discounts get up to 50% off original prices - it is a good chance for the young ones to purchase a flat.
